Libertatii nr. 26, Jibou in suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 42 mp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -cererea nr.\n1300\/31.07.2019 a SALVO-SAN CIOBANCA inregistrata la Primaria orasului Jibou\nsub nr. 9579\/01.08.2019, de prelungire a contractului de \u00eenchiriere&nbsp; nr.6028 din 25.07.2006 pentru spatiul Cabinet\nanalize medicale situat in str. Libertatii nr. 26, Jibou,&nbsp; prin act adi\u021bional; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211;\nreferatul de aprobare&nbsp; a domnului Primar\n\u0219i avizul favorabil&nbsp; al comisiei de\nspecialitate nr. 2 a Consiliului local; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00cen conformitate&nbsp; cu prevederile&nbsp;&nbsp; art.129 &nbsp;alin (2) lit&nbsp;\nb, coroborat cu alin (6) lit b, din OUG nr. 57\/2019 Codul Administrativ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00cen temeiul prevederilor art.196 alin. 1\nlitera. a,&nbsp; din OUG nr. 57\/2019 Codul\nAdministrativ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOT\u0102R\u0102\u0218TE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Art.1<\/strong>&nbsp; Se aprob\u0103&nbsp;\nprelungirea&nbsp; contractului de \u00eenchiriere&nbsp; nr.6028 \/ 25.07.2006, cu un an, pentru &nbsp;spatiul Cabinetul analize medicale situat in\nstr. Libertatii nr. 26 loc.
