S\u0102LAJ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Consiliul local al ora\u0219ului Jibou,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -Referatul de aprobare nr.&nbsp; 3138\/08.03.2022 al domnului Primar, avizul comisiilor de specialitate ale consiliului local nr. 1 si 3 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Raportul de specialitate nr. 3140\/08.03.2022 al Compartimentului&nbsp; Management de &nbsp;Proiecte \u0219i Achizi\u021bii Publice, &nbsp;privind aprobarea cererii de finan\u021bare \u0219i a devizului general estimativ pentru investi\u021bia <strong>\u201d<\/strong><strong>DEZVOLTAREA RE\u021aELEI INTELIGENTE DE DISTRIBU\u021aIE A GAZELOR NATURALE \u00ceN SATELE APAR\u021aIN\u0102TOARE ORA\u0218ULUI JIBOU:RONA, HUSIA, CUCEU, JUD. S\u0102LAJ<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Art. 44-46 din Legea nr. 273\/2006 privind finan\u021bele publice locale cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile&nbsp; ulterioare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-H.G&nbsp; nr. 907\/2016 privind etapele de elaborare si continutul cadru al documentatiilor tehnico \u2013 economice aferente obiectivelor\/proiectelor de investi\u021bii finan\u021bate din fonduri publice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; V\u0103z\u00e2nd prevederile art. 129 (2)lit b coroborat cu art 129(4)lit d art 139 (1,3) &nbsp;&nbsp;din OUG nr 57\/2019&nbsp; provind Codul Administrativ &lt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00cen temeiul&nbsp; prevederilor art 196(1)lit a din OUG nr 57\/2019 privind Codul Administrativ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOT\u0102R\u0102\u0218TE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ART 1<\/strong>. Se aprob\u0103 cererea de finan\u021bare &nbsp;pentru investi\u021bia <strong>\u201d<\/strong><strong>DEZVOLTAREA RE\u021aELEI INTELIGENTE DE DISTRIBU\u021aIE A GAZELOR NATURALE \u00ceN SATELE APAR\u021aIN\u0102TOARE ORA\u0218ULUI JIBOU:RONA, HUSIA, CUCEU, JUD. S\u0102LAJ<\/strong><strong>\u201d, <\/strong>conform anexei 1 care face parte integrant\u0103 din prezenta hotarare, \u00een vederea finan\u021b\u0103rii acestuia \u00een cadrul Programului Na\u021bional de Investi\u021bii \u201dAnghel Saligny\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ART 2<\/strong>. Se aprob\u0103 devizul general estimativ aferent investi\u021biei <strong>\u201dDEZVOLTAREA RE\u021aELEI INTELIGENTE DE DISTRIBU\u021aIE A GAZELOR NATURALE \u00ceN SATELE APAR\u021aIN\u0102TOARE ORA\u0218ULUI JIBOU:RONA, HUSIA, CUCEU, JUD. S\u0102LAJ\u201d<\/strong>, in cuantum de <strong>20.858.798,60 lei (TVA inclus)<\/strong>, conform anexei 2 la pezenta hot\u0103r\u00e2re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ART 3<\/strong>. Se aprob\u0103 asigurarea de la bugetul local a sumei de <strong>523.652,31 lei (TVA inclus)<\/strong>, reprezent\u00e2nd cheltuieli neeligibile \u00een cadrul proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ART 4<\/strong>. Se \u00eemputernice\u0219te primarul ORASULUI JIBOU, dl.
