suprafetei de 10.419 mp teren pentru construire Sta\u021bie de Sortare agregate\u00a0 \u0219i statie de betoane,Raportul inform\u0103rii \u0219i consult\u0103rii publicului<\/p>\n<p>Consiliul local\u00a0 al ora\u0219ului Jibou,<\/p>\n<p>Avand \u00een vedere:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; raportul nr.4107 din 26.03.2018 a \u00a0al compartimentului\u00a0 Urbanism, administrarea domeniului public \u0219i privat privind aprobarea Planului\u00a0 Urbanistic Zonal \u2013PUZ, a Regulamentului de urbanism \u00een vederea\u00a0 introducerii\u00a0 \u00een intravilan a suprafetei de 10.419 mp teren pentru construire Sta\u021bie de Sortare agregate\u00a0 \u0219i statie de betoane, Raportul inform\u0103rii \u0219i consultarii publicului.<\/p>\n<p>Imobilul pentru care se solicit\u0103\u00a0 aprobarea PUZ este situat \u00een extravilanul\u00a0 ora\u0219ului Jibou, tarlaua Prund, are o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 10.419 mp, compus\u0103 din 3770 mp proprietatea SC Drum Inserv SRL conform extras CF nr. 52011 \u0219i 6649 mp proprietatea\u00a0 domnului Chi\u0219 Mirel conform extras CF nr. 51438\u00a0 suprafa\u021b\u0103 pentru care se constituie\u00a0 drept de superficie \u00een favoarea SC Drum Inserv SRL.<\/p>\n<p>-Expunerea de motive a domnului Primar, avizele favorabile ale comisiilor de specialitate,<\/p>\n<p>Avizul nr.1\/31.01.2018 a Arhitectului \u0218ef din cadrul Consiliului Jude\u0163ean\u00a0 S\u0103laj .<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen conformitate cu prevederile art.5, alin.1 \u0219i art.12\u00a0 din\u00a0 Metodologia aprobat\u0103 prin Ordinul Ministrului Dezvoltarii regionale \u0219i turismului nr.2701\/2010 pentru aprobarea Metodologiei de informare \u015fi consultare a publicului cu privire la elaborarea sau revizurea planurilor de amenajare a teritoriului \u015fi urbanism;<\/p>\n<p>Prevederile art.5, art.25, alin.(1), art.56, alin.(6) \u015fi (7) \u015fi ale Anexei nr.1, Cap.B, pct.11, coloana 3 din Legea nr.350\/2001, privind amenajarea teritoriului \u015fi urbanismul, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/p>\n<p>Legea nr. 52\/2003 privind\u00a0 transparen\u0163a decizional\u0103 \u00een administra\u0163ia public\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare<\/p>\n<p>Prevederile art.23, alin.(2) din Legea nr.50\/1991, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen temeiul prevederilor art.36, alin.5), lit.(c) \u015fi art.45, alin.(2) din Legea nr.215\/2001 privind administra\u0163ia public\u0103 local\u0103, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>HOT\u0102R\u0102\u0218TE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Art.1<\/strong>\u00a0 Se aprob\u0103 documenta\u0163ia PUZ(Plan Urbanistic Zonal) \u015fi Regulamentul de urbanism conform documenta\u021biei anexate \u00een vederea\u00a0 introducerii\u00a0 \u00een intravilan a suprafe\u021bei de\u00a0 10.419 mp teren pentru construire Sta\u021bie de Sortare agregate\u00a0 \u0219i sta\u021bie de betoane .<\/p>\n<p>Imobilul este situat \u00een extravilanul\u00a0 ora\u0219ului JIbou ,tarlaua Prund ,are o suprafata de 10.419 mp ,compus\u0103 din 3770 mp proprietatea SC Drum Inserv SRL conform extras CF nr. 52011 \u0219i 6649 mp proprietatea\u00a0 domnului Chi\u0219 Mirel conform extras CF nr 51438\u00a0 suprafa\u021b\u0103 pentru care se constituie\u00a0 drept de superficie \u00een favoarea SC Drum Inserv SRL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art.2<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Se insu\u0219e\u0219te Raportul Inform\u0103rii \u0219i consult\u0103rii publicului pentru\u00a0 documenta\u021bia mai sus amintit\u0103 .\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Art.3<\/strong>\u00a0 Termenul de valabilitate\u00a0 al PUZ\u00a0 este de 3 ani .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art.4<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Cu ducerea la \u00eendeplinire a prezentei se \u00eencredin\u021beaz\u0103 domnul Primar \u0219i\u00a0 compartimentul urbanism<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
