{"id":12122,"date":"2021-08-17T09:47:18","date_gmt":"2021-08-17T07:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primariajibou.ro\/site\/?page_id=12122"},"modified":"2021-08-17T09:47:18","modified_gmt":"2021-08-17T07:47:18","slug":"hotararea-nr-109-din-27-07-2021","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/primariajibou.ro\/site\/hotararea-nr-109-din-27-07-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"HOT\u0102R\u00c2REA nr.109 Din 27.07. 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ROMANIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JUDETUL SALAJ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ORASUL JIBOU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSILIUL LOCAL&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOT\u0102R\u00c2REA&nbsp; nr.109<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din&nbsp; 27.07. 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">privind aprobarea&nbsp; programului anual \u0219i al&nbsp; Ghidului Solicitantului privind regimul&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; finan\u0163\u0103rilor nerambursabile de la bugetul local, acordate \u00een baza Legii nr. 350\/2005 privind&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; finan\u0163\u0103rile nerambursabile din fonduri publice alocate pentru activit\u0103\u0163i nonprofit de interes general pentru anul 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consiliul local al ora\u015fului Jibou ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;-raportul de specialitate nr.9097\/13.07.2021 al compartimentului investi\u021bii, management de proiecte \u0219i compartimentul buget,finan\u021be,contabilitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u2013 referatul de aprobare nr.9096\/13.07.2021 a domnului primar&nbsp; , avizele favorabile ale comisiilor de specialitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Potrivit prevederilor Legii nr.350\/2005&nbsp;privind regimul finant\u0103rilor nerambrursabile&nbsp; din fonduri publice&nbsp; alocate&nbsp; pentru&nbsp; activit\u0103\u021bi&nbsp; nonprofit de interes general, a Legii nr 98\/2016&nbsp;privind achizi\u021biile publice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Vazand prevederilor art 129 (14) din OUG nr 57\/2019 privind Codul Administrativ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00cen temeiul prevederilor 139 (1,3) art 196 (1) lit a din OUG nr 57\/2019 privind Codul Adminbistrativ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOT\u0102R\u0102\u0218TE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Art.1<\/strong>&nbsp;Se aprob\u0103 Programul Anual al finan\u021b\u0103rilor nerambursabile de la bugetul local aferente anului 2021 pentru domeniile cultur\u0103,educa\u021bie, social &nbsp;potrivit anexei 1 parte integrant\u0103 din prezenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Art.2<\/strong>&nbsp; Se aprob\u0103 Ghidul Solicitantului, privind&nbsp; regimul finan\u021b\u0103rilor nerambursabile de la bugetul local acordate&nbsp; \u00een baza&nbsp; Legii nr.350\/2005&nbsp; potrivit anexei nr. 2 parte integrant\u0103 din prezenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Art.3<\/strong>&nbsp;Se numesc domnii consilieri T\u0103m\u0103\u0219an Ovidiu \u0219i Petrean Doru membrii titulari&nbsp;\u00een comisia de evaluare \u0219i selec\u021bie a cererilor de finan\u021bare iar \u021aelea Valentin \u0219i Big Valentin membrii suplean\u021bi.
